Delivery Information

This policy applies to ALL orders. It is designed to ensure you are fully informed of our shipping procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Shipping Costs

We ship to Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Standard Shipping – $3.99
Urgent Shipping – $9.99
Free Shipping – Available for orders over $69.99 (Standard Shipping)

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday)
Urgent Shipping: 3-7 business days (Dispatched the same day if ordered before the cut-off)

Order cut-off time is 8:00 PM, and handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Change of Address

We cannot modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@jylara.com.

D. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

E. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged during transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, reach out to customer service for further assistance.

F. Taxes and Duties

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
